The Fort

"The Fort" or Fort Hamilton is where I've played hockey my entire life, well since i was 7. I won at least 10 championships and won numerous awards such as League MVP, Leading Scorer, and Best Defenseman. I always enjoyed playing hockey, its a way for me to release some of the stress that I have. I currently play in the mens A and B division. I'm the leading scorer in the B division with 2 games remaining in the regular season with my team sitting in 1st place. The A division just started yesterday and my team lost 3-2 but I did score 1 of the goals. I'm hoping to win a championship in both divisions, I'm not settling for anything less.

NFL Week 2

The second week of the NFL has concluded. This was another action packed week. The Jets (my favorite team) lost to the Patriots who start their season 2-0, a continuation of their nearly unblemished 18-1 record last season. The game of the week had to between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles. It was a high scoring, hard hitting showdown. The final result was the Cowboys over the Eagles 41-37. The Broncos improved their record to 2-0 as they won a controversial game with the Chargers 39-38. Denver Quarterback Jay Cutler fumbled with under a minute but the play was blown dead by officials. The Broncos capitalized on there second chance by scoring and completing a gutsy 2-point conversion to win the game. The only game remaining in week 2 is between the Ravens and the Texans which was rescheduled due to Hurricane Ike. The game was rescheduled for November 19, ill keep you posted on what happens.

NFL Week 1

The NFL regular season started this week on Thursday when the Giants beat the Redskins. It was a good start for the deffending Super Bowl Champions. My favorite team the Jets also got off to a good start with their new quaterback Brett Favre as they defeated the Dolphins who signed the Jets ols quaterback Chad Pennington. Week 1 had a few upsets as the Panthers beat the Chargers as well as the Bears beating the Colts. The Patriots who went undefeated the whole regular season last year suffered a big blow already. Tom Brady arguably the leagues best quaterback got injured early in the first quater against the Cheifs and will miss the entire season. Sunday cant come fast enough for me because I cant wait to see what happens in week 2.
